In the current health climate, the teams accelerated the process to enable hydroelectric power station installations to continue. The complexity of this project: 3 different water sources. But we do like a challenge. The project, lasting 2 years, has been a long one, with poor weather conditions which have not make things any easier. The 4.5 MW power station was commissioned in August 2020.

Works have started on the thermal renovation of 50 housing units, including a refurb of dual flow CTA, domestic cold water distribution and wastewater and valve pipework. As with any mountain project, planning of operations are subservient to opening dates of the resort, meaning that Pienergies has to show great agility.

Behind this beautiful facility, some impressive figures: 10 years of administrative studies, 18 months of construction, respecting fauna and flora. 100% of electrical needs for ski-lifts can be provided with 4.5 MW output. Delivery March 2020.
